Plans (part 2)

Have you ever made plans that you really wanted but for some reason, they just didn’t. No matter how much you planned everything out. They just didn’t work out. You are left wondering what the heck happen?! Why didn’t I see this coming?

This. Was. Me. Three months ago my world turn a little bit. The place where I called work wasn’t what I wanted anymore. Wasn’t where I even wanted to be anymore. I know I still needed a job. I still have bills to pay, responsibilities, but all I wanted was to walk out and quit! After 15 years at the same job. I was done. I felt like my time had come. I was scared, nervous, anxious, confused. You name the emotion! I know I had it that one week!! That week felt like the longest week of my life! I prayed, I fasted. I humbled myself to the One that I should have come to first.

Then God stepped in. He constantly was tugging at my heart and telling me He got me this far. He will sustain me. He will get me through this. I just have to trust Him. To let Him do the work He said He was going to do in my life. I had asked God years ago, to use me at this job. To bring others to know Him. To let me see others the way He does. In the 6 years that I was at that store. I shared my Faith with my co workers that I would sometimes see more than my own family. I would try to give each of them Godly wisdom. But most important, the way I lived my life had to reflect the God I was talking about. I tried my best to plant those seeds in each of their hearts. I pray that someone else comes to water them now. That season has passed now.

God open doors and this new season He has me in a totally different store, with a different atmosphere. It’s still the same company. But with new co workers. A new mission field. This was never my dream job, but it’s a job. The bible says everything you do, do it on to the Lord. I pray that God to keep using me. To keep showing me how to share His love to those that don’t know Him. To not only share my Faith with others, but to be that example of that love relationship I have with Jesus. Not some religion! Please pray with me. I know that I’ve been away this summer, but I’m promising that ill be blogging more this season He has me on. So stay tuned!

I sometimes look back at what my life would have been without my Faith. Without my God that has my life already planned out for me. I urge you right now. If you don’t know Jesus. Or are confused and feeling that all your plans in life are not what you wanted. Don’t worry. God loves you. He has your plans all ready. Just trust Him. Any prayer request? Jesus loves me this I know!

20130320-125306.jpg

I am a new creation! Eight years ago today God made me new. He came into my heart and took away my fears, my sadness, my worries. He made me white as snow. He wiped my past. He forgave me. He loved me.

I am living proof that if you give your life to God and trust Him with everything He will dramatically change your heart. God loves you. He sees your pain. Your sorrow. Your tears. Remember that He first loved us before we even knew anything about Him.

I came out of a long term relationship nine years ago. I was hurt, sad. Only Jesus can take pain away! I trust Him every single day. He has a plan and a future for me. Thank you Jesus for Your love, Your Grace and Your mercies that You pour into my life every day. I am praying for all of you. Seek Him with all your heart. ❤❤

“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” (Psalms 91:1, 2 NKJV)

Prayers for my (future) husband

For my future husband ❤

I have a small prayer list that I’ve come up with. I’ll will be adding more in the future.

1.) Pray that he will continue to grow and change more and more into the image of Christ.
“For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate [to be] conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.” -Romans 8:29 {KJV}

2.) Pray that YOU will constantly be growing and sanctified into the beautiful help mate he needs.
“Older women likewise are to be reverent in their behavior, not malicious gossips nor enslaved to much wine, teaching what is good, so that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sensible, pure, workers at home, kind, being subject to their own husbands, so that the word of God will not be dishonored.” -Titus 2:3-5 {NASB}

3.) Pray that the Gospel will impact him not only in salvation but also in every area of his life.
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, ” BUT THE RIGHTEOUS man SHALL LIVE BY FAITH.” -Romans 1:16-17

4.) Pray that He will be strong in the Lord and fight against the Lust of the flesh, guarding his purity.
“No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it.” -1 Corinthians 10:13

5.) Pray that he will own the truth that, real strength is controlled strength: meekness, gentleness and Spirit-filled Boldness.
“but sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts, always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, yet with gentleness and reverence; and keep a good conscience so that in the thing in which you are slandered, those who revile your good behavior in Christ will be put to shame.” -1 Peter 3:15-16

6.) Pray that self-control would dominate His life.
“A man without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls.” -Proverbs 25:28 {ESV}

7.) Pray that He would have a hunger for knowledge and wisdom.
“How much better to get wisdom than gold! To get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver.” -Proverbs 16:16

8.) Pray for spiritual and practical maturity well beyond his years.
“But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere.” -James 3:17 {ESV}

9.) Pray that good, strong servant-leadership skills would be cultivated in his heart.
“For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the church, He Himself being the Savior of the body……Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her” -Ephesians 5 {NASB}

10.) Pray for the Lord’s sovereign protection in his life.
“He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the LORD, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” -Psalm 91:1-2 {NASB}

11.) Pray that he would have direction and that he would prepare for the future.
“But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.” -James 1:5 {NASB}

12.) Pray that he would have a heart of forgiveness and that forgiveness would be granted to him.
“Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” -Ephesians 4:32 {NASB}

heaven song

“Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.” (Luke 21:28 NKJV)

I have been watching the news more and more lately and things are getting crazier by the minute! All this talk about the new Pope. And president Obama going to Israel next week. It makes you think, “Jesus are you coming soon?”

I have also been listening to one of my new favorite Pastors this morning. He teaches a church in Montana. They have an app that you can listen and watch their past sermons and teachings. Fresh Life. Get it! They had a great series that just ended yesterday, Bread and Circuses. This one in particular was just awesome! Pastor Levi Lusko said, “The more you think about heaven the less you want anything to do with the fallen things on earth. You will be like heaven is your home.” You see a couple of months before, around Christmas his little girl died suddenly. And he says that heaven has not been more clear to him and his family then it is right now.

My prayer tonight is that we all take inventory of our own lives and search ourselves. Have we lost our first love? What’s God’s greatest commandment? to love our God with all our being. (Deuteronomy 6:4-5) We cannot love someone if we don’t know them. Get to know God. Seek Him. Get to know all He has done for you. Any prayer request? Email me crebollo31@gmail.com

I’m gonna leave you guys with this amazing video and song by Phil Wickham called Heaven Song. Be blessed! Praying for all of you. ❤

“Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.” (II Corinthians 4:16-18 NKJV)

mistakes

Mistakes. Lots of them. Our mistakes aren’t that powerful. I’ve wondered if God gets mad when we “ruined” His plan because of our mistakes. No. God isn’t mad at us. He already knew every single mistake we would ever make. He knew every wrong turn, and He’s already prepared a new route. He already has our detour figured out.

His Word says that God knows the end from the beginning. If you’ve made mistakes, (who hasn’t?) the great news is that He has already planned a way to get you back on track! Just come to Him with an open and humble heart. Let Him wash you clean and make you new. My mistakes aren’t bigger than God. He loves you and has a good plan in store for you! One of my favorite scriptures, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” (Jeremiah 29:11 NKJV)

sustained by God

“My flesh and my heart fail; But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” (Psalm 73:26 NKJV)

Hello! It’s been a while since I last blogged my little heart out. How is everyone? How was your summer? Was it too hot? Too fast? Or like mine, just to quick! I did have a good summer though. I actually took a little family trip to San Francisco in July and it was great! I will blog more about that in future, promise. This summer I did feel like I have grown up a little, and not just because I had a BDAY! It’s because I realized how faithful my Jesus is.

Let me rewind a little bit here. I know how faithful God is. For some reason, I thought it is required of God, the Creator of the Universe, to “have” to be faithful. See it isn’t. He doesn’t have to be. But like a loving, caring Father that knows best, He is and will be Faithful. In painful, horrible, dreadful moments, He is still faithful. In the book of Job, it reads, ” The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; Blessed be the name of the Lord.” (Job 1:21 NKJV) We may not see it at times, ( I know I don’t) but He is faithful in everything. It could be that not so good relationship that you are in. Or that job, or even certain friends that YOU know are not helping your walk with God. When you take that step of Faith and make a stand for Jesus. He will be faithful. He will always honor your decision. You know what comes with being sure that God is and always will be faithful? Having trust in Him. Having His Word in you heart. Trusting that His plans and His ways are 100% better than your ways. (Jeremiah 29:11)

“Serve the Lord with gladness; Come before His presence with singing. Know that the Lord, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, And His truth endures to all generations.” (Psalm 100:2-5 NKJV)

“Therefore know that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments”.(Deuteronomy 7:9 NKJV)

Why do I ?

“Why do I have to be the one to call?”
-because YOU know Jesus.

“Why didn’t I get that promotion at work?”
-because Jesus has a better plan.

“Why do I care when others don’t?”
-because Jesus is in Your heart.

“Why does it brake my heart when I see so many rejecting God?”
-because You know that God won’t ever reject You.

“Why do I have to forgive?”
-because You have been forgiven.

“Why do I have to wait for my husband/wife?”
-because You trust God. His plans for you are to give you Hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11)

“Why can’t life just be easier?”
-because in this life, we will have trials and tribulations.
“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33 NKJV)

“Why do I wake up every single morning with Joy in my heart?”
-because I know how much Jesus loves me and only wants the BEST for me.
